Abolish all employment & retirement special programs given to Politicians and government employees to mirror the same Health Care, Social Security retirement, and all such related benefits to be the same as ALL Americans. When job ends, the pay ends. When retirement comes - they collect social security. Medical plans similar to all americans in respective states. (IE: Blue Cross, Aetna etc etc available in resident states. Medicare at retirement. We should all be equal in employment benefits and retirement!!
