Government-provided financial aid to require a negative drug test result, which includes tobacco.

Created by D.P. on December 31, 2012

Unemployment, food stamps and medicaid should not be provided to those who don't need it, nor to those who abuse it. Policies that determine the actual financial lifestyle of government provided financial assistance need to be developed and enforced. Random drug testing should be mandatory. The purchasing of tobacco products with food stamps or other financial assistance should be prohibited. Abuse of these systems should no longer be tolerated.
