Setting up a program similar to the New Deal Programs during the Great Depression where Wellfare individuals and families will have jobs working in their local community With this kind of proposal people will have jobs and money to spend to help the economy. Single parents should be able to be excempt from this until the child or children are of a certain age. Alot of people do not understand why a small percentage decide just to live off the government where that teaches their kids to do the same. If wellfare proceeds the way it is, the economy will continue to decline.
