Government should care more about newly college grads and veterans.

Federal government should help college grads and veterans to find jobs instead of just talking about it. Employers keep sponsoring foreign employers while there thousands of college grads and veterans who need jobs. Employer say that new grad don't have experience they need but the money and time they invest in foreign employees should be spent training those qualified Americans who need hands-on experience. Private sectors and federal government employers seem to think that the experience people get from the military is useless even if the job you are looking for is exactly the same as what you had in the military. Let employers know that being in the military is not just about shooting, there is education and hands on experience that people don't want to recognize
