No one wants to pay for a parking violation, most of the time we don't know we are parking at a wrong place. The signs are confusing and sometimes it is hard to identify the color of the parking zone. An experienced driver may be able to avoid all those violations, but think about a new, and young drivers, or someone who is not familiar with the city, it takes time for them to learn about the signs. It is unfair for us to pay for the violations when it is difficult for us to tell whether we do it right or wrong. I always look for the sign before I park my car, but I still get tickets. If it is impossible to make all the sign more clear, at least send us a warning for the first time we park at a wrong place, to explain the rules in the area, so that we know exactly what we should do.
