We the people of the United States of America demand that immediate action be taken to reduce the governments out of control spending. The average american 25 years old and older make on average $39,000 yearly, yett our government officials make 3 and 4 times that. For example we pay the president $400,000 a year plus he is given an additional $150,000 a year for travel and expenses. Thats a total of about $550,000 a year, that works out to be 2.2 million for a 4 year term. We pay vice president $227,000 a year, speaker of the house gets $223,500 a year. Members of congress are paid $174,000 a year, thats $94,134,000 every year just for congress alone.
We the people demand that these outrageous numbers be reduced dramatically at least half if not better.
