Institute term limits of no more than 8 years for all members of congress and for the U.S. Supreme Court. Make the position of Supreme Justice an elected one. Completely eliminate campaign contributions and favor trading in political elections and outlaw the use of private funds, in lieu of an established campaign fund of equal amounts for all registered candidates.
