1. That the United State Government, through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), negotiate with Sony Pictures to purchase the broadcast rights for "The Interview".
2. That the United States Government, through the FCC, purchase broadcast time, in prime time, over seven consecutive nights, through a nationally available cable or broadcast television network.
3. That the United States Government then air "The Interview" for seven consecutive nights for the purpose of free public consumption as an act of national solidarity and defiance in the face of the acts of aggression from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) against the United States.
