That the government will give everyone one house hold defense weapon (a gun) of their choice ounce every 18 years

This will allow everyone in America to have a defense weapon and will lower murdeer rates hopefully. Remember guns don't kill people it's people who kill people. And if guns kill people cars drive me to work and spoons make me fat.
