Puerto Rico Governor have fail in his government program. In addition, have not developed a tax recovery plan, instead continued adding more taxes to us. Many people have moved to the States, many business have closed and don't persive any positive change.
AGP attitude is to do what he wants to do, even if the effects are negative to the majority of the population. This has been the most incompetent Governor that Puerto Rico history had.
