The members of Congress and the Senate are re-elected and still citizens are not receiving a high level of satisfaction. This petition is to create a new standard that all members of Congress and Senate will have a mandatory (2) terms only, as the President. If it means that the constitution has to be amended, let this petition start the process. More efficiency for work ethic with mandatory terms could be the start for better government.
