Despite the claim that the federal is 'forcing unconstitutional laws over it's own citizens' and 'has imposed policies on Oregon that are not in Oregon's best interests' there is little to no evidence backing such claims. Oregon continues to fail to pass laws that go against the federal status quo (e.g. legalizing the growth, distribution, taxation, and usage of marijuana or allowing same sex couples to marry) and has generally aligned itself with the current administration.
If at any time the majority of Oregon - rather than a minority of individuals dissatisfied with the outcome of the state and federal election - decides to actually to pass laws that go against federal law and regulation it may then petition for the ability to secede from the Union.
