For the Love and Protection of our Children and Parents Rights to maintain custody of their child if the Parent is moving forward taking the proper step to maintain sobriety without feeling like hopeless as some caseworker often make the parent feel useless and unless there are significant signs of abuse and no food and shelter. Parents are being force by DEFACS workers placing the child in Foster care without due process, and with little Visitation and are failing to meet SoP Federal Guidelines and our kids are suffering mentally and emotionally, and its destroying the Family's Bond and Sense of Security that the Parent Child Relationship needs to maintain their Strength and their Dignity even in Tough Hard Times.
