Adam Crapser was adopted when he was 3 years old from South Korea to Thomas Crapser and Dolly Crasper. In 1991 the couples were arrested on charges of Physical Child Abuse, Sexual Abuse and rape and eventually was placed in the Foster Care System. Later Adam ran in with the law because he broke in to his parent's , who abused him, house to retrieve the Korean Bible and rubber shoe that came with him from the orphanage and later to bigger crimes. On his application to renew his green card, these crimes made him deportable. However on 2/27/01, US passed a law , Child Citizenship Act of 2000. This grants any foreign adopted child be granted US Citizenship automatically. This petition is to request that this law take children who were adopted previous to 2/27/01 to automatic US Citizenship.
