If we, the human race, are to live for longer than another 100 years on this great planet we'll need some serious discussion. The one thing that will keep up here alive, and our planet safe: Science.
The only thing the human race should be interested in is scientific advancement.
We as a world need the funding to grant scholarships for the fields of science.
We must advocate and facilitate the growth of the sciences and technologies. The private sector is not moving fast enough.
Science and technology are the only things that will save us from ourselves.
One condition of this would be that all the research done with these funds should be free, open source, and available to the world.
