We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Grant additional voting rights to the five US territories and the District of Columbia.

We the people demand that:

-American Samoa, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, as well as any future territory of the United States, be given one voting member in the House of Representatives.

-The above mentioned jurisdictions be given the same voting rights for presidential elections as was given to the District of Columbia through the passage of the Twenty-third Amendment.

-All naturals residing in American Samoa, as well as all citizens of future territories of the United States, shall be granted full American citizenship.

-American Samoa, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands shall each hold a referendum on joining the Union.
