Due to events taking place in the United States federal government, it has become necessary for the people of Alaska to dissolve its political bands with that nation.
The people of Alaska desire a government that protects individual liberty, personal property, and defense of its borders. However, the United States has expanded its powers to a level far more than what's necessary to keep its citizens living in liberty and self-determination. They have invaded and destroyed many nations, accumulated an exorbitant amount of public debt, allied itself with evil nations, and gained too much control in the economy and the personal lives of its citizens.
We the people of Alaska declare independence from the United States of America, in order to obtain a more liberty-minded nation.
