grant all residents of the Western Hemisphere the right to face their accuser when suspected of a lawbreaking event.

I am offended when people refer to anyone they are afraid of as an "illegal alien" when those speaking descend from people who invaded a land that wasn't theirs and desicrated holy ground with the murder of the innocent.
Life in the Western Hemisphere should be much more enlightened than it is. We need to educated ourselves out of the state of fear that we find ourselves born into, due to the ignorance of former generations.
