Grant all states funding to properly train civillians in militia tactics and operating procedures.

I am creating this petition in hopes that each state will take notice. That if certain events against our constitution are moved forward. Necessary action may be needed from individuals in each state In the form of militias. As we currently stand with no orginization and Improper training and funding. Our hopes of forming protection for our state and our fellow americans is greatly reduced. This petition is by no means attempting to push civil unrest or rioting. It is simply a request so we may defend our homes and our people. We request these funds so we may train our fellow americans in defense of our rights.
