In order to Provide globally effective human rights to all women it is vital that the Government of the United States of America firstly Recognizes all women of the world to be US Citizens irrespective of their nationality and secondly make the USA a safe haven to which women can freely migrate from their existing geographic regions and take up the rights of full citizenship. It would thus be a requirement of the USA to provide free one way Travel to the USA for Women taking up the rights of US citizenship, and introduce laws to expel their oppressors from the USA.
