Grant The American taxpayer relief. Grant Puerto Rico the right to become a sovereign nation practicing Democray.

The discourse of events bring into focus American taxpayers burden with the Island of Puerto Rico. On behalf of the Ameican People like myself this petition is hereby presented in good faith. To have the Administartion grant Puerto Rico the right to practice Democracy within it's borders as a sovereign nation. It is also further stated in this petition that the American Taxpayer should lessen the burden of financing the American presence in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
