Grant and implement mechanisms for active duty military members to be able to VOTE in Presidential Elections.

Created by K.D. on November 15, 2012

Active duty military personnel MUST be afforded the right to VOTE, and have their votes COUNTED in Presidential Elections. Ballots MUST be provided by the military to active duty staff and senior military MUST provide mechanisms for the return of such ballots in a TIMELY fashion, to allow soldiers' ballots to be counted in the elections. This may also involve establishing means where completed ballots can be returned by means of fax.
