Grant the BATFE access to an individuals mental health records for the purposes of assessing private firearm ownership.

The purpose of this petition is to provide a legal and secure process for licensed psychiatrists to report to the BATFE individuals who have been diagnosed with any mental disorder that without the aid of medication would pose a significant risk to public safety should the effected individuals be given access to weapons regardless of prior criminal history. however no Citizen of the United States of America shall ever be required to take a psychological evaluation for the purposes of private firearm ownership or possession by any State, District, or Territory of the United States.
