We attest to the good character and consistently law-abiding behavior of Scott Davis, wrongfully prosecuted in Pennsylvania in clear violation of several provisions of the Constitution of the United States, the OSHA Whistleblower Protection Act, in violation of the spirit of Pennsylvania caveats & laws regarding child protection, and via knowingly false representations.
Scott Davis was prosecuted via a defective charging document. Bail is excessive. The trumped-up case was sent to trial unfairly. The adult witnesses against Scott Davis were not consistently honest. The child witness, who was never a "victim" of any words or deeds of Scott Davis should never have been on the stand. Scott Davis' behavior never rose to the level of an arrest. Compensation for damages is urgently needed now.
