Please encourage the United States government to take humane action and grant the sister of Alicia Nino De Palma a temporary visa to donate bone marrow to Alicia Nino De Palma. The US Embassy in Mexico has determined that her sister has no ties in Mexico to compel her to return to Mexico after her visit. However, the De Palma family, residing in Atlanta, Georgia, states that Alicia Nino De Palma's sister has two children and two homes in Mexico that constitute as "ties". This is a matter of life and death! Our government should put aside concerns of her sister illegally taking permanent residence in this country to grant her a temporary visa and thus attempt to save her sister's life since she is the only compatible donor. Let's not allow politics stand in the way of saving this life.
