We the undersigned petition the Obama Administration to grant Nobel Peace Prize Nominee and Private First Class Bradley Manning a full Presidential Pardon for all charges held against him for allegedly blowing the whistle on US war crimes. PFC Manning has been held for over 1000 days without trial, which is in violation of US Constitutional Law. For some of the time he was held, he was tortured. This is in violation of International Law. PFC Manning has been held for far too long. Instead of continuing to unjustly incarcerate this young man, the Obama Administration should pardon PFC Manning and publicly apologize for his treatment by the US Military Prison system.
