Alot of veterans have received a code of RE 4, when a RE 3 could have issued but commands have shown malice and issued the 4 code instead. Have a RE 4 can affect civilian and government employment and right to veterans benefits. There are alot of veterans who would love to re-enlist but this code is stopping them. I am asking the President, The Commander in Chief to grant a change or upgrade to those that have received a RE 4, depending on certain factors.
