Reasons WHY I feel we need this law immediately:
1.To respect a person's dreams, hard work and persistence to come to US to pursue an advanced degree and to encourage his/her efforts to live and strive to become a good citizen.
2. To encourage more parents to send their children to US for advanced degree and to support their respect for the US government and policy, which is the reason why they send their children to US for education without fear.
3. To encourage a person in his/her middle age and to support him/her to start business and make innovation and make his/her life easy, who have come to US leaving his/her family, friends and relatives, at his/her early twenties only to pursue his/her dreams.
