GRANT CLEMENCY TO ALL AMERICANS IMPRISONED FOR FEDERAL DRUG RELATED OFFENSES WHO HAVE NOT VIOLATED THE RIGHTS OF ANOTHER

Created by P.G. on September 09, 2015

Mr. President,

We ask that you grant clemency to every American who has been imprisoned for a drug offense, who did not violate another’s rights. Do this for their children, for our economy, for our Liberty, for Liberty for our posterity.

Your action will set an example to our Governors to follow your lead for state prisoners; to Congress to enact policies that fight addiction where it occurs, in the brain, using the only weapon that serves – Science; and to leaders across the free world.

This will be the greatest act of liberation of Americans wrongfully suffering bondage since President Lincoln blessed the nation with the Emancipation Proclamation.

Please listen to our voices, listen to your conscience; use the power that you alone retain to grant these Americans rightful Liberty.
