Grant clemency to the false arrest of U.S. Marine Combat Veteran Adam KoKesh, and fire Donald Reed, U.S. Parks Service.

On May 18th, 2013, Adam KoKesh was both targeted, and falsely arrested practicing his 1st Amendment rights. This petition serves as the forefront for the investigation of the U.S. National Parks Service Department for infringing on such rights, as well as the specific investigation of Law Enforcement Specialist, Donald Reed, as well as supporting department officers. This should be based on the grounds of indictment of tyranny to a United States Combat Veteran, by enforcing unconstitutional laws on Federal property.
