Timothy Tyler was sentenced to 2 life terms without the possibility of parole for sending LSD through the mail when he was 20-21 years old. He is a non-violent person, vegan, "dead-head" from the mid to late 80s and has been in prison since 1991. His father, Timothy V. Tyler was sentenced to minimum mandatory 10 years for possession of LSD and served 8 1/2 years until he passed away in 2001, in prison. The Charges against him are non violent. The punishment should fit the crime.
