Let it be known to all mankind that I Daniel V. Moses subsequently request ownership of the Universe.This is a request to inform the sovereign planet of, Earth, that, Daniel V. Moses,is now and shall ever be known as, "THE Omnipotent RULER OF THE UNIVERSE."Mr.Moses.Will here-in-after, also have the exalted title of,"THE BIG GUY."Any and all further transactions in regard to, Real Estate planning,development,and further exploration of the Universe will be done at the advice and consent of,"THE BIG GUY."It is requested that all existing mineral,water,oil,and liquid rights will henceforth remain with,"THE BIG GUY"until such time as he declares differently. "THE BIG GUY" will have total governmental say as to tenants and entities that wish to negotiate any involvement with the Universe.
