Currently a H1B visa holder who has received EAD before marriage has no choice to apply/add or amend his petition for spouse to get EAD. All similar immigrants spouses either has to find alternative ways to get valid status or has to go back to their home country and wait for their spouses to receive Green Cards and then apply for the Spouse Green cards. This process would take more then 5 years and proves that the process is broken. If the same application has 1st got married and applied for his perm processing they both have the same status. This does not make sense. This process is broken. Please fix it.
