grant Edward Snowden a full pardon for revealing secret government documents that showed massive wiretapping of citizens

Created by R.C. on August 28, 2015

Edward Snowden is a national hero for revealing through the press that divisions of the United States government broke the law by conducting widespread wiretapping surveillance of unwitting American citizens and foreign dignitaries, among others. This abuse of power by the federal government should be further investigated and participating officials should be prosecuted. Rights of liberty, freedom, and privacy were ignored and abused by the United States government without consequence. For exposing this government abuse of power to the people, Edward Snowden is being wrongly pursued by the U.S. government as a criminal. Grant Snowden a pardon for his bravery and his selfless acts and allow him to return to his American home as a free and honored man.
