Grant equal protection male sunder age 18 banning circumcision females are protected 18 usc 116

Created by T.M. on March 01, 2013

Both males and intersex children are subjected to nonconsenting and forced genital cutting or alteration, known as circumcision in males and sexual reassignment in intersex individuals.

U.S. Female Genital Mutilation Act of 1996 protects female children from so much as a nick to their genitals while providing no protection to other children. All children must be treated equally. No health organization in the world supports routine infant circumcision (RIC).
We as a nation need to stop inequality when we see and recognize it. U.S. Female Genital Mutilation Act of 1996 should be revised to include all children: male, intersex, and female, regardless of parental faith, custom, or culture.
