Grant equal rights to fathers.

I feel that both parents should have equal rights, unless one parent has been proven to be unfit, equal parental rights and responsibilities, primary residential responsibility, parenting time, and decision making responsibility over a child. I feel that current state laws favor the mother unfairly (most states). Both parents are important to a child, and I feel that the fathers out there that do want a more active roll in their childs life are hindered by our judicial system. I closing on this subject : Unless there is clear and convincing evidence that one parent is unfit there should be equal rights to both parents. Also both parents must come up with a parenting plan that best suits the child not just the parents. It's time that we start putting our children first! They are the future!
