to grant every American the right to recieve the exact same health care as the members of congress.

The American people should have the same rights as the members of congress when it comes to healthcare. The American people should be able to have the exact healthcare that congress voted for themselves . If it is good enough for congress then it should be good enough for the American people who put them in their positions.
