Grant an exemption to Hobby Lobby to opt out of providing mandatory medical coverage of contraceptives such as levonorgestrel.
Allow exemption of Hobby Lobby or any private business in providing medical coverage of any medical procedure, medication or medical device(s) designed to abort a human fetus if based on religious conviction. Business must provide in writing a request of exemption based on religious conviction sighting said religions documented written objection(1) and must be signed by an ordained minister, director of religious institution or religious leader. Exemption request must be singed also by Public Notary and submitted.
