Richard Glossip was convicted of first degree murder for supposedly orchestrating the murder of Barry Van Treese by hiring Justin Sneed who actually committed the murder by bludgeoning Mr. Treese to death with a baseball bat. I worked at the Oklahoma County Jail while Mr. Glossip was there on an appeals trial in 2003-2004 when he was convicted a second time of first degree murder. The Judge at the time Mable Bass was herself committing fraud against the state of Oklahoma and later resigned. The stories in the Daily Oklahoma do not match up. At first Mr. Treese's brother stated that he was killed by a maintenance worker hired by Mr. Glossip. A few paragraphs later it is stated that Hotel Manager Richard Glossip received the death penalty by hiring Justin Sneed a vagrant. Vagrant or Maint?
