Grant federal and state income tax wavers to voters disenfranchised by the new state voter ID laws

Created by B.B. on July 06, 2012

In the wake of the implementation of new state voter ID laws, which has the potential to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters, I offer the following proposal.

I propose that those voters whose ID’s do not qualify as acceptable identification to vote should be eligible to receive a tax waver so they do not need to pay any state and federal income taxes.

Our founding fathers stood firm on the belief of “no taxation without representation.”

To tax citizens and not permit them to vote is unconscionable, not American and must be rectified.
