Federal employees are currently overworked and underpaid compared to the private sector by 30%. Many workers in the private sector will be relieved from work on 11/25/2016 and will be spending quality time with their families. To boost morale in the Federal workforce and improve the overall work-life balance and productivity of the employees, please consider granting these dedicated public servants an additional Federal holiday on 11/25/2016, the day after Thanksgiving.
