Federal employees have been under a pay freeze since 2010. Increased rates of inflation, as well as spikes in the cost of healthcare, food, and energy have placed undue burden on federal employees, especially entry level positions and those who are at the top of their pay scale. Please grant an increase in pay according to the rate of inflation.
