Grant Federally Recognized Tribes true sovereignty and create seats in the House and Senate so they can be represented.

Allow Federally Recognized Tribes the opportunity to engage the Federal Government at a true government to government level rather than the Tribal Consultation process which really does not work. Tribes are always thought of last and the time to change that is now. Treaties were made with the Federal Government and Tribes are still waiting for the Treaties to be honored. Tribes did their part by ceding land to the State's in order for the State's to gain statehood. By providing a place in the House and Senate Tribes could once again be recognized as a government by this Country.
