Most foreigners who graduate with a Masters degree or Phd in the Science,Technology,Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) field have great desires to start their own company here in the USA.But the biggest restriction is securing a green card which will make these dreams possible. Most lecturers in the nations universities are foreigners,most or all big companies are either founded by foreigners or have foreigners holding key positions in them. Imagine the Zuckergers,the Sergey Brins, that have gone out of the country because of lack of green card?
Green card for this group means America is granting residency to a group of people who are well educated,focused,know what they are about,not close to criminality and well behaved.More jobs will be created and the economy will grow.
