My husband has been incarcerated since 2002, he was charged of capital murder and robbery. He was sentenced to life without parole. Please, view his case, as you will see there were no substantial evidence against him. There was no murder weapon found, no DNA or finger prints nor that would have indicated he was at the scene.... Also, you would find out that the alleged man that accused him of murder and robbery, his storytelling changed multiple times, including alleged eye witnesses gave only estimated times and places. Thus you will find out how the KKK marched until he was convicted. He didn't have a jury of his peers.
