We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Grant the Friday after Thanksgiving as a Federal holiday.

Created by M.M. on November 16, 2016

Thanksgiving is a holiday to spend time with family, friends and loved ones, and Americans go to great lengths, distances and expenses to travel during this holiday to join their loved ones, many who live far and away. Transportation services have very limited offerings on Thanksgiving day, which makes it difficult for Americans to return home in time to be back at work on Friday.
