Allowing the biggest players in the Energy Industry full ownership of both Wind and Sunlight will ensure that these resources will never interfere with that industries profits.
More importantly allowing this may also help stop the Energy Industries concerted efforts that prevent competing Wind and Solar technologies from being developed and systematically destroying any technology that competes wit the fossil fuels they sell.
Giving full ownership of Wind and Sunlight resources to the Energy Industry should in turn, spur them to end their attack on alternate energy initiatives, and shift dependence from hydrogen combustion onto renewable sources.
