Mr. President,
We, the people ask that you pardon Mark Anthony Myrie (Buju Banton) on the grounds of:
1. Entrapment and admission of bad faith evidence.
2. Violation of 4th/14th amendment rights.
3. Law enforcement's use of entrapment, implied complicity, risk-creation, and evidential omission.
4. Tactic of quid pro quo sentencing to deter the appeals process.
5. Conflict of interest by paying convicted felons for testimony/entrapment.
6. Juror misconduct
-Mr. Myrie was entrapped by the U.S. Government via a paid informant. A convicted Felon, the informant has been paid 3.5 million dollars for his co-operation with the US Govt.
-We should not tolerate the use of paid felons to fabricate crimes for prosecution.
We ask that you please grant a full pardon to Mr. Myrie
