At the age of 21 Devin was charged with a federal felony for writing a message over myspace to a harrasing parstarting "if you come over here I'll kill you" it was simply a warning not a threat however Devin was indicted on two counts of contributing death threats considering the message in question crossed state lines...his life has been ruined ever since its hard for him to find a job let alone live with knowing he has a felony he didn't mean anyone any harm but just felt like giving a firm statement to.make the party involved leave him alone and to stop harassing him.
