Mr. President,
We, the people ask that you grant a full pardon to Mark Anthony Myrie aka. Buju Banton on the grounds of:
1. Entrapment and admission of bad faith evidence.
2. Gross violation of Civil rights.
3. Law enforcement's use of entrapment, implied complicity, risk-creation, and evidential omission.
4. Tactic of quid pro quo sentencing to deter the appeals process.
5. Gross conflict of interest by paying convicted felons for their testimony/entrapment
-Mr. Myrie was entrapped by the U.S. Government via a paid informant. This coercer/informant has been paid 3.5 million dollars for his cooperation with the US Govt.
-We can not stand tolerate the use of paid convicted Felons to use coercion tactics to fabricate crimes.
We ask that you please grant a full pardon to Mr. Myrie
